Circle C Weekend Events

Circle C Equestrian Center offers weekend programs conducted under the supervision of a certified equestrian instructor. The content of each program is based on the ages and skill levels of the girls.

To register for a weekend program event, register online or complete the Event Registration Form and Health Permission Form (only required for overnight programs). Mail the forms and full payment to:

RITT Training
September 8th 2018
For: 8th-12th Grade
Fee: Free!

Have you ever thought about becoming a Riding Instructor? Would you like to volunteer at Circle C Equestrian Center this year to run programs for Girl Scouts? Then join us for this day long training to learn the in and outs of becoming a riding instructor! This unmounted day will allow you to volunteer during the year and apply for volunteering during summer camp. Pack a lunch, wear closed toed shoes and clothing suitable for the weather. Keyauwee Pony Enchantment
November 3rd 2018
For: 1st-5th Grade
Fee: $35 per girl and $10 per chaperone

You’re cordially invited to join us at Keyauwee and Circle C Equestrian Center to experience the magic of camp! Spend part of your day enjoying activities and a pony ride at the barn and continue the day building fairy houses, making sparkly crafts and dressing up for our fairy tea party. All troops must have the correct number of adults to adhere to Safety Activity Checkpoints. Individually registered girls must be accompanied by an adult. Fee includes all staff, supplies and snack. Girls will participate in a short pony ride. Girls will need long pants and closed toe shoes for their pony ride, and everyone needs to bring a packed lunch. Register Here

Horses Big and Small
November 10th 2018
For: 4th-5th Grade
Fee: $40 per girl

Come spend the day at the barn and learn about our BIG horses and take a riding lesson, then meet our small horses and learn all about the model horse world. Register Here

The Great Barn Bake Off: Holiday Edition
December 1st 2018 (2nd-3rd is 9am-12pm, 4th-5th is 1pm-4pm)
For: 2nd-3rd, and 4th-5th
Fee: $20 per girl

Have you ever wanted to be a baker? Come out to Keyauwee and help us make treats for our horses! You’ll get to meet the horses, make some tasty horse treats and earn steps for the Brownie Snacks Badge or Junior Simple Meals Badge! Register Here for 2nd-3rd and Register Here for 4th-5th

Pony Winter Camp
December 8th-9th 2018
For: 2nd-5th Grade
Fee: $65 per girl

Hey parents, are you looking to get those loose ends tied up before the holiday season begins? We are going to give you the weekend to yourself while we have fun with your girls at camp! This overnight will include winter themed crafts, activities and a service project to help others. We will also explore how our Girl Scouting and Guiding sisters from across the world celebrate the holiday season through their traditions and cultures during a special evening program. Brownies and Juniors will get to go to the Circle C Equistrian Center to ride and meet the horses! Please note this a drop off program. Register Here

Novice Model Horse Show
February 16th 2019
For: 2nd-12th Grade
Fee: $25 per girl

Welcome to the wonderful world of showing model horses! This show is designed for our first time and novice showers- you do not have to have any experience, or even any horses to join in the fun. All horses and equipment must be off the shelf or handmade. If you don’t have horses or equipment, you can share the Circle C model herd and tack. The cost for the show is $25 and will include lunch and a model horse coach and mentor who will help guide you through the showing process. Girls under 18 years old must be accompanied an adult.
