PROCESSING AND PLACEMENT

Confirmation
The fastest way to receive confirmation is to register online or give us an e-mail address. This way you will hear back within a few days; otherwise it will take three to six weeks. If you register online or give us an e-mail address, your confirmation packet is sent via e-mail. If you do not receive your confirmation packet  via e-mail, please check your spam box or call the camp registrar to request another one.

Unit Friend @ Resident Camp
If girls attending resident camp wish to be placed together as tent/cabin mates, they must specify each other as tent/cabin mates and be registered for the same program. Name only one friend per resident camp session. Both friends MUST list each other. Attempts will be made to honor all requests. We can only guarantee one buddy request per camper; multiple requests or "daisy-chains" cannot be met.

Special Needs
Every attempt is made to accommodate girls with special needs (dietary restrictions, physical and/or mental challenges, or medical needs). Call the camp contact person before registering to ensure that your childs needs can be met. This is important to ensure that we have the facilities and staff that are needed.
