Keyauwee Weekend Programs

1. Download the registration form for the program you would like to attend
2. Fill out ALL information necessary
3. Send in your registration form, health permission form (if applicable) and FULL payment to the council office (you will not be registered for a program unless you are paid in full)

4. Events fill up! Please note that registration deadlines are 2 weeks prior to the event.

Registration for programs will go to the Triad Service Center. If you have any questions about the registration process contact the program registrar, 1-800-672-2148. If you have questions about the actual program please contact the person listed for the program.

Use this form to register for all weekend programs: GSCP2P Weekend Program Registration. Additionally, here is the health/permission form: GSCP2P Health/Permission Form which is only necessary for overnight programs that girls attend without an adult.

 

Family Camp
September 2 - 4

7pm Friday - 7pm Sunday

A great camping opportunity for the whole family! Bring everyone down for an amazing camping experience over Labor Day weekend. Spend each day exploring all camp has to offer. Ending with a Sunday cookout on Sunday night. Bring sleeping bag, pillow, flashlights, pajamas, toiletries, change of clothes, water bottle, rain gear, tennis shoes and appropriate clothes for the weather.

Fee: $80 per person

Scout Around
October 1-2
9am Saturday - 12pm Sunday

Come “Scout Around” at Keyauwee as we explore The Girl’s Guide to Girl Scouting. For the first time in P2P history, we will be providing the same event simultaneously at four locations. Registration for this event includes a voucher to pick up your copy of The Girl’s Guide to Girl Scouting at one of our council shops.

Fee: $40 per girl, $20 per adult

Dad and I Weekend
October 15-16 OR October 29-30

9am Saturday-11am Sunday

Grab your dad and head down to camp to enjoy all your favorite activities from boats to climbing wall to archery. As well do some pumpkin carving! We'll provide all meals, staff, and supplies, you just bring yourself! Bring sleeping bag, pillow, flashlights, pajamas, toiletries, change of clothes, water bottle, rain gear, tennis shoes and appropriate clothes for the weather.

Weekeya Weekend
November 5-6

9am Saturday - 11am Sunday

For Weekeya members only. This is our annual fun weekend where we spend time together as Weekeya to have fun, be at camp and rekindle friendships from the summer. You'll need to bring your lunch for Saturday, but we'll provide all other meals, staff, and supplies. Fee includes a Weekeya t-shirt.

It's Your Story - Tell It! Journeys Event
December 3

10am to 3 pm

Come along on this journey to participate in the Its Your Story - Tell It! Journey. You will do activities that are in the Girl Scout journey and learn more about how to enhance your journey experience throughout the membership year. Bring your lunch and any snacks with you.
Registration Deadline: 2 weeks prior to event
Fee: $10 per girl. Adults free

Weekeya Weekend
February 25-26

9am Saturday - 5pm Sunday

For Weekeya members only. This is our annual service weekend where we work together as Weekeya to help prepare camp for the Spring and Summer seasons. We'll spend Saturday working on service projects, have a slumber party at the dining hall Saturday night, play around camp Sunday morning, and then Weekeya girls will be the tour guides for our Summer Camp Open House. You'll need to bring your lunch for Saturday, but we'll provide all other meals, staff, and supplies.

Come meet the 2012 summer staff, check out the facilities, where the girls will stay, and leave with all your questions answered.

Mom and I Weekend
March 10-11 OR March 17-18 OR March 24-25

9am Saturday-11 am Sunday


This is a special weekend at Keyauwee for moms and daughters. Enjoy all your favorite camp activities like boats, crafts, climbing wall, archery, earth ball and parachute, wagon rides and so much more! We'll provide all meals, staff and supplies. Fee includes a T-shirt and patch.

Cadette Outdoor Survival Weekend
April 28-29

11 am Saturday - 11am Sunday

Spend the weekend at Keyauwee exploring Outdoor Survival. Learn all about what to do in different outdoor scenarios, how to find shelter, what clothing to wear on your adventures and how to build a good campfire. Bring sleeping bag, pillow, flashlights, pajamas, toiletries, change of clothes, water bottle, rain gear, tennis shoes and appropriate clothes for the weather. .
